Call a Pizza in Potsdam

Ordered a pizza from here and it came 15 minutes late, although I specified a certain time, so I couldn't eat my pizza during the break but in class. But what bothered me the most was that the pizza was NOT cut and I was sitting in class and could tear the pizza with my hands. Because the pizza wasn't cut through, the sauce wasn't on the pieces I had in hand. Because of this first experience with Calla Pizza, I'll never order anything here again. That is simply bad service. Edit1: on Lieferheld there is NO indication that the pizzas are delivered uncut

Ordered at 6:15 pm and was told on the phone that the pizza should come at 7:15 pm. She then came at 8:00 p.m. If you want to order a pizza quickly, you should not order there.

Horrible delivery times, I have ordered 2 times here and always need around 1h 15 minutes, and the time expected supposed to be of 40 minutes for a a pizza!!!! Never again ! Even no apologize on the phone ! Horrible customer service on top !

Order takes 60 minutes longer than stated, and then half is still missing! Subsequent delivery follows 3 hours after the order has been placed. "I'll pack a little compensation for you" driver comes "I have nothing more" ????

We actually order here regularly because the price-performance ratio is great and the opening times are very good. However, the quality of deliveries has decreased significantly in recent times. Orders are incomplete or are of poor quality. And the delivery time has now also been extended to over 60 minutes in the evening hours. Last ordered at 9.45pm and the lukewarm pizzas arrived at 23.10 and the forgotten drink could not be brought. Unfortunately, it's a shame and I hope the quality will improve again soon. Then again 4-5 stars.

Store collects € 7.99 for an item not delivered on July 14 and refuses to refund it. Reason for loading: the order was paid partly with Sodexo and partly in cash, so we do not refund anything. Great business concept: o (

Absolute cheek what you are currently subtracting ... Ordered at 18:30 = received at 19:30 Forgot part of the order again. Customer pays with ec = "please pay cash" And then still have the cheek and not even give a discount for miserable service .... Last ordered from you. Give yourself the answer ....

20 cm pizza 9 euros

We waited almost 2 hours for delivery, the pizzas were completely soaked, one of the two pizzas was really cheap and terrible, the other was okay. An expensive disappointment!

According to the website, this branch supplies us, but when I called and wanted to order, it said: "either a lot or not at all" and "it is cold anyway if it were with you!" Then you shouldn't throw any advertising in our mailbox and don't advertise it on your website up to us and deliver 2 places further !!! Great communication and top service .... Not !!!

It takes 95 minutes for a pizza to be ordered 500 meters away on a Thursday evening. The supplier then calls that he can not find the correct bell, but is right in front of the right front door when you are asked to come ... ...? The pizza delivered is then not the one ordered, but another one! Last but not least - we don't even want to talk about price-performance and quality: simply lovelessly clipped together cheap ingredients. Never again!

After eating pizza my daughter and girlfriend would get sick. I was trying to contact Call a Pizza Potsdam-west. I wanted to find a responsible person, unfortunately it was not possible!

Everything Tutti. I would not recommend eating locally as it is very hectic. But you are served quickly and friendly and it is delicious;)

Pizza was delicious. Delivery afloat. Thank you that you also deliver in hotels, had previously called three other delivery services and did not want to deliver to the hotel.

I once ordered a pizza with cream cheese, bacon, bbq sauce, and that pizza was amazing. And we would go to the place and order same pizza but we never got that taste ever since. Pizzas take time to deliver so I suggest to walk in and get yourself one, it’s a little bit expensive but you cannot miss trying this pizza place at least once. Though I would have liked the consistency in taste because sometimes you would be surprised and sometimes disappointed.

Ordered pizza online. They called us 40 minutes later saying that they only received the order then. They delivered it over an hour later. The food was okay but not worth the wait and price. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Great variety of pizzas and pastas. Freshly made, staff is nice, all seems good. Would recommend!

Prices are high. Not good material and no taste. Waste of money
